Hey yall!
I know I haven’t posted about my December bookings yet. I will be taking clients, but I am waiting until after the 4th of December to book. I am in the middle of my EMT schooling and waiting on my clinical hours to be scheduled. Thank you all for being patient and understanding with me!

I will not be accepting any appointments from February until May for my maternity leave. If anything changes and I come back sooner I will let everyone know. With that being said if you have any horses due within that period please try to book before that. If unable to do so I will get it taken care of when I return. I will be messaging all clients due within that period soon so be on the lookout!

This mini presented with a retained incisor. With this extra tooth there it was creating a pocket for food and other debris to get trapped in. It also misaligned the incisors.
The removal of this tooth will prevent from debris trapping and with time will be realigned. Regular check ups and annual floats will keep this mini aligned and looking good.

This pony presented with buccal and lingual sharp points and ramps on the lower 6 molars. In the after picture you can see the ramps have been reduced to be even with the rest of the molars and all sharp points have been removed.

✨Meet the Dental Practitioner✨
I have some new clients/ potential clients that have joined so I would like to reintroduce myself.

My name is Taylor and I am an IAED Certified Equine Dental Practitioner.
I have been in the horse industry for 15+ years and have been doing teeth for the last two years.
Along with dentals I am a full time 911 dispatcher and when I do have free time it is spent outside with my husband on our property with our assortment of animals. I am originally from Needville, Tx which is a little south of Houston. After graduating from Sam Houston State University with my Bachelors in Animal Science and minor in Equine Science I decided to stay in the area and am now living in Midway, Tx.
Working on horse’s teeth allows me to work with the animals I love and also grow in the equine industry.
My plans for this year are to reach more people and help more horses.
I service East Texas, mainly around the area of Huntsville. I travel back to Needville every couple of months to visit family and work on horses. If you are in those area or close I would love to work on your horses. I am willing to travel further for certain opportunities, if that’s the case with you just send me a text and we will work something out.
