Meet Sully! He is a 1 year old, Black Lab mix who weighs about 70 lbs. This handsome guy is very family oriented. He loves kids, cats and dogs. Sully is super smart and knows basic commands: sit, shake, drop it, and leave it. When it’s time for bed you can tell him “it’s night-night time“ and he will jump on the bed and lay down. He loves to be close to his people! Sully enjoys playing fetch and tug of war, going on walks and playing with his chew toys. He is a silly guy who howls like Chewbacca when he is excited. Sully will thrive in a home dedicated to helping him continue his training with positive reinforcement and plenty of exercise. He is house trained and crate trained. Meet Grayson! Grayson is a sweetly, shy little boy. He’s very reserved in unfamiliar situations and with unfamiliar hoomans. But he does slowly gain his confidence, once he settles in. This boy is playful and enjoys other friendly kitties. And he also loves to snuggle with his foster mom. He might not be the star show off during a meet and greet but he’s going to make a wonderful companion.

Grayson is such a handsome fellow. His silver gray tabby coat is soft and plushy. His big, bright green eyes don’t miss a thing.

Meet Tuna. Tuna is a beautiful, affectionate cat who has done an incredible job raising her kittens and is now ready to find a loving home of her own. We believe Tuna would be best as an only cat.

Meet Iceman! Iceman is a sweet, gentle young cat looking for a patient and understanding home. He adores lap time and enjoys being petted—but only when he feels ready. Iceman thrives in an environment where he can build trust and approach attention on his own terms.

This quiet, shy boy has already lived an extraordinary life. Iceman was adopted as a kitten through FOR but faced a tough diagnosis of FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis) at just 8 months old. With treatment, he overcame the odds and is now as healthy as can be! He’s officially an and after completing his treatment and monitoring periods. While FIP is unlikely to affect him again, his journey has left him with some anxiety about sudden handling, so he prefers calm and gentle interactions.

Iceman absolutely loves other cats, especially playful and friendly ones! He would be the perfect companion for another young cat or kitten and thrives in their company.

This resilient and loving boy just needs a kind, patient home that can respect his boundaries and appreciate his quirks. In return, you’ll have a loyal and affectionate lap cat who’s been through it all and came out stronger. Could you be the one to give Iceman his happy ending?

Meet Malcolm! He is the definition of a great older brother! He likes to take charge and be front and center. Malcolm is clumsy and silly, especially when he's playing around and tumbling with his siblings. Malcolm is fostered in the Huntsville, AL area and is fully vetted and ready for adoption! Meet Glinda and Elphie. These girls are extremely bonded to each other. We do not know for sure if they are biological sisters or just sisters by choice, but they are inseparable and need to be adopted together. Pink goes good with green and dilute tortoiseshell with cream!

Glinda is a beautiful, cream-colored lynx point Siamese. Believe me when I say she is "aggressively" affectionate and always wants to be around or laying on her humans. She is the quintessential Velcro kitty and you cannot help but fall in love with her "look at me" personality.

Elphie is a gorgeous dilute tortoiseshell. She makes you work a bit more for her affection, but as soon as you win her over, she will roll over next to you asking for more attention and pets - even showing you her adorable belly! She gains a lot of confidence from her sister Glinda and will be very talkative if she cannot see her or find her.

Both girls are very sweet and will let you cuddle them and kiss on them. Although Elphie is scared with new people, she does not bite, hiss, or scratch. She will slink off and hide under a bed or sofa until she gets to know you and her new surroundings! Glinda is still showing her how to be "popular" with humans.

Glinda and Elphie are fostered in Huntsville, AL. We are estimating them at somewhere between 5 - 7 months old. They are available for foster-to-adopt RIGHT NOW and will be fully vetted prior to full adoption (this includes vaccinations, spays, and microchips). They are both litter box trained and doing very well in a foster home with other cats and dogs.

Yoda’s journey has begun! Thank you to all who sent well-wishes and donated to his surgery. Yoda’s surgery is complete. He had his amputation and was neutered. He’s at his foster home resting under the watchful eye of his foster parent and is recovering well. This sweet boy will be in his forever home by the New Year. He has beaten the odds because of generous donors and the opportunity they provide for us to take on tough medical cases. What a great way to start the new year- healthy and headed for a forever home! Happy tails Yoda!

Meet Yukon! Yukon is a beautiful white Husky with startling blue eyes. Yukon gets along well with other dogs. He is house-trained and sleeps in his kennel at night. He loves chew toys and will chase a tennis ball and bring it back. Yukon would be a great hiking companion for an active person. Yukon will be ready for adoption soon and can't wait to meet you! We missed posting on National Rescue Dog Day because we were busy rescuing dogs! We coordinated a collab rescue effort with Greater Huntsville Humane Society (GHHS) to save nine puppies that were abandoned in a vacant lot in Huntsville.
