We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming for all animals in need.

Lifeline Pet Rescue is a group of volunteers who have years of experience. We believe it is our privilege to be able to help the animals that we respect and admire, as well as those people who are drawn to adopting them for the same reasons. We take the privilege of animal Rescue seriously and strive to responsibly place good, stable animals in quality, permanent, responsible an

d loving homes. We are also active in breed education, encourage responsible pet ownership and promote the spaying and neutering of pets. Organizational Pledge:

A day late, but still a reason to celebrate. August 23rd was international blind dog day, so today we’ll celebrate our blind dog Maxwell with some extra treats and cuddles. Maxwell has a lot of energy and loves to run and be free. He’s also the sweetest dog who just loves to cuddle and receive any kind of affection. 💛We love this boy so much. Come visit with Maxwell. Come pet him, cuddle him, and throw a ball around with him! We’re open 11-4 today and starting Monday, Monday through Friday 12-3, Saturday 11-4, and Sunday 12-4. 💛💛💛💛

Meet Mr. Purrkins. Purrkins is a grey and white domestic shorthair and is about 2 or 3 years old. Purrkins is a quiet and very chill cat. He’s favorite activity is to curl up in a patch of sunshine and nap. Purrkins would do the best in a low key household with older chill cats. Purrkins is not a fan of the shelter life, as he hides mostly. He desperately needs a forever home or a foster home. Could you give that to him? Are you interested in meeting this sweet boy? Sometime last week, we mentioned that little Phil will be needing surgery to remove his eye due to scar tissue. We wanted to reach out for to ask for donation to fund this surgery. This little guy is the sweetest and we’d appreciate the help to give this guy the best.💛 After price comparison, we got approved to have the surgery done at Barry Animal Hospital. Phil has been struggling off and on with eye issues and we finally got the answer that it is definitely needing removed. Our favorite floof Kelso had a great night out with staff. We learn more about him with each outing. He loves other dogs and people, and he learns so much from watching others too! Look at this absolute cutie!

This little lady is Medusa, Medusa had two very injured eyes when she was rescued. Veterinarian’s all said she would need them removed but she proved everyone wrong. Medusa right eye may always look a little different but she is no different than any other kitten. If you’re looking for a lap cat who follows you around and cuddles with you every night she is it. Medusa loves other cats, dogs, children and anyone who will pet her at all times.

Thank you friends for a new exercise wheel! We love it! 🥰

THIS is what rescue is. Bentley has made such great progress since being with me. I brought him back home in October and I have since been able to make him super comfortable and loved! He literally HATED everyone! He would growl and strike and just wasn't a happy boy! Now......he seeks us out and wants all the loves!!

Rocks (Rocky Top) is a ROCKSTAR! All his litter mates were adopted the end of last year. I am sure the “black cat stigma” is one reason no one has expressed interest 😞. This cat is a total HAM. He plays hard, sleeps hard, and NAPS hard. Rocks loves dogs (even the big ones) and gets along with cats of all ages and PERSONALITIES. He is QUIRCKY, loving, a foodie, a professional BIRD watcher, refrigerator inspector, a bag inspector, and helps with chores. He needs a cat BESTIE in his new home. Rocks is ACTIVE so he won’t nap all the time BUT he does have a chill and relax button.You GOTTA meet this guy!

Our precious Salem has been WAITING since November 2018 to be CHOSEN 😞! Unfortunately BLACK cats are usually the last to be adopted from shelters or rescue groups. Salem is a crowd FAVORITE at the center. Her jumping and LEAPING skills are quite impressive. She LOVES napping and cat watching from the highest perch. Salem is shy and reserved at first BUT is quite active and curious once she feels comfortable. Want to know the way to Salem’s HEART? MUSIC! Her favorite song at the moment is, Padam Padam by Kylie Minogue. She is also a Teddy Swims fan! Without music, life would be a mistake. Without Salem, life WILL have no beat.
