We will be closed on October 31st

🪖Veterans Day:
Closed: November 11

🦃 Thanksgiving Week:
Open: November 24, 25, 26
Closed: November 27 & 28

🎄 Christmas & New Year:
Open: December 22 & 23
Closed: December 24 – January 2
We will reopen Monday, January 5th, 2026

🐶 Boarding:
We will be open for boarding through the holidays.

Closed for boarding pick-ups and drop-offs:
November 27, December 24 & 25, and January 1.

📢 Important Policy Update as of 9/25/25

Because we have had repeated same-day cancellations, we now must enforce our cancellation policy.

❌ Same-day cancellations do not give us enough time to fill in the gap, which directly impacts both our business and our groomers’ pay.

✅ We are here for you, but in order to run our business properly, this rule must be enforced. Please be kind enough to provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. Otherwise, a $30 fee will be applied to your next grooming appointment.

⚠️ After 3 no-shows or late cancellations, a 50% deposit will be required to reserve any future grooming appointments.
