Cassie joined our team in January, and we’ve been so lucky to have her ever since. She’s such a talented, kind, and hardworking person — truly an amazing addition to our Zen Dog family.

📢 Important Policy Update as of 9/25/25

Because we have had repeated same-day cancellations, we now must enforce our cancellation policy.

❌ Same-day cancellations do not give us enough time to fill in the gap, which directly impacts both our business and our groomers’ pay.

✅ We are here for you, but in order to run our business properly, this rule must be enforced. Please be kind enough to provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. Otherwise, a $30 fee will be applied to your next grooming appointment.

⚠️ After 3 no-shows or late cancellations, a 50% deposit will be required to reserve any future grooming appointments.

Sweet little Andi has completely stolen our hearts! 🐾 She came to us shy and reserved, but it’s been such a joy watching her come out of her shell during her stay. We’re going to miss this precious girl when she heads home!
