TUESDAY AUGUST 19th UPDATE:

Again, we are still battling our AC. Big thanks to ALL-TEMP doing their best to try to get us up and going again. Due to excessive temps in the building, we will close again at noon today. We will be open again tomorrow morning at our regular time. Thank you for your patience while we are dealing with this HOT situation. 🥵

Our office will be closing at noon today due to no air conditioning. We hope to get this issue resolved ASAP and apologize for the inconvenience. We do expect to open tomorrow morning at our regular time. Thank you for your understanding.

We have exciting news to share!!
We are now using Otto as our new communication platform. This means we can communicate much more efficiently with you regarding your pets! We can communicate easily via text to/from our main phone number. Check-in forms can be completed at home before your appointment to speed up check in without juggling pets at the same time. You will also be able to see all of your pet’s vaccination and wellness history and what services may be overdue. There is an app, but it is not required to use the service.
