Good afternoon everyone,

On February 1, 2024 this female border collie mix was found tied to a pole on Apple/ Los Angeles. Her 9 puppies were found abandoned in a box not far from her. Unfortunately, 6 of the 9 puppies did not make it.

This most likely could have been prevented had the owner reached out for help; we understand times are tough but it is illegal to abandon pets through Penal Code section 597
