Just want to post our policies so that everyone can see them! Sometimes our app doesn’t reach everyone.
Cancelation policy:
We do require a 24 hour notice for cancellations. If you do not give a 24 hour notice you will not be able to rebook without paying half the cost of appointment. This doesn’t count for emergencies. If you are sick please reach out to me as soon as possible.
Please be on time. If you are 15 or more minutes late for your appointment you could lose your appointment and have to pay half your appointment cost.
All credit card payments will have a fee added.
We do not allow dogs that are not current on vaccinations in our facility. This is to protect all of our furry clients as well as all staff.
We do NOT take any animals who have fleas. I do offer flea treatment but it needs to be disclosed BEFORE the appointment is scheduled as these are isolated grooms that require a great sanitation period to protect the facility and all furry clients from getting fleas. If you do not disclose before the appointment you are liable for charges up to $250 as this requires me to cancel all the rest of the days appointments and great sanitation.
All dogs not on the schedule recommended can be liable for additional charges. This is due to the extra time, effort, and stress for myself, my equipment, and most importantly your pets. Some animals who are very matted require more than one bath, serious extra drying time, and damage my equipment. It ruins the blades used permanently.
Also:
Please note that the best interest of your animal will always, always be at the forefront of all services rendered. If I do not feel I can safely provide all services I will not do them. If I feel your pets health in danger at any time I will stop. Full payment will still be required. I will always try to offer another date/time to finish services without requiring additional payments.
This also applies to myself and my staff.
