Meet Cranberry 😋

You’ll notice her tongue sticks out- A LOT. Upon arrival to KCHA, she had been hit by a coal truck & was in a great deal of pain 💔

That’s where our vets and medical team stepped in 🩺They were able to amputate half of her jaw in order to save her life- now the outlook for Cranberry seems to be nothing but a happy life with a learning curve on things like drinking and eating. Shes looking for a very special adopter during our special this week- all fees are just $11 (yep, even the puppies too!) 🥰

If you can’t adopt but still want to help Cranberry- we are in need of a few supplies:
🚽 Cat Litter (any brand!)
🦴 Purina Dog & Cat Chow
🧻 Paper towels
🧼 Dawn (or any brand of dishwashing liquid)

All donations can be delivered to (or dropped off) at 1248 Greenbrier St Charleston WV 25311! 📫

We are doing a special for MALE cats only. Indoor or outdoor. We have 70 spaces! Free! Includes rabies!

MALE CATS ONLY! Must be 2 lbs! Must be HEALTHY! Must come in a carrier.

Cats that are neutered live a much healthier, kinder life. Intact males fight over females and spread diseases such as feline leukemia and feline aids. Cat bites get infected and cause bad abscesses. The number one cause of death in an intact male is hit by car because they're not thinking with the right brain. ;-p
Keep these babies healthy and happy! Let's get them neutered!

!!!!!!!!!! ATTENTION !!!!!!!!!!

Effective August 1, 2022, we will not accept any additional requests for applications for the Low Income Free Spay/Neuter Program for Owned Pets. Requests for applications received prior to August 1 will be sent out. If you have received an application and have not completed and sent it back to us, we will continue to accept those applications postmarked no later than August 15.

We hope to be able to offer this program again in the future.

We are still providing TNR funding and have a large number of requests that we are trying to respond to and assist with but we are behind. We will get back with you as soon as we can.
