Has it been a while since you’ve picked up the 💩 from your yard?

“We don’t need to pick up the p**p in our yard, it’s fertilizer!”

Two things here.

1. Dog p**p is very toxic. It cannot be used for fertilizer (it actually kills your grass) unless you compost it. Even then, you can only use it on non edible plants. We’ve had many yards that we’re nothing but mud when we started service. After a couple of months of keeping it clean, the grass came back.

2. Whether you realize it or not, your dogs are stepping in it and then tracking it back into your house! Everyday we see poo with dog prints in it like the one below. One gram of dog waste contains about 23 million coliform bacteria. Dog waste can contain bacteria, parasites, and pathogens that can directly and indirectly cause people to get sick. Although it may look like the poo in your yard has disappeared over time or washed away, some micro-organisms (such as Roundworms, E. coli, and Giardia) can persist and survive in your yard for up to four years if not picked up! Think of how often you use your backyards and lawns, and imagine what microscopic beasts could be proliferating there if the dog poo is left untouched.🤮

We are not here to judge, we are here to help! We’ve seen the worst of the worst, it’s just another day for us. We understand that life gets busy and there is a limited amount of daylight. You can still do something about your dog p**p problem though!
