It's CATURDAY!!!!! 🥳🐈🐈‍⬛ Now where are all of our cat ladies (and guys)?!?! We have ZERO cat fosters and are regularly asked to help with kitties in need 🥹 We ADORE kitties and would love to help more! To do that we need foster homes so the many kitties in need have a place to go. If you love our feline friends please consider being a foster! We provide supplies and vetting, you provide the safe home and love ❤️ It's kitten season so there's bound to be many more requests that we sadly cannot help with unless we have fosters. If interested in fostering please visit our website for more information and to apply!

🐾🎉🥳 HAPPY ADOPTION ALERT 🥳🎉🐾

This has been a long time coming for our Neva girl (one of 4 malnourished pups rescued from a chicken coop in freezing temps)! Neva has benefited from learning to dog from TWO amazing foster families and finally got her dream come true in a home of her own with her very own doggy big brother ❤️ We are incredibly grateful to Neva's OG foster Mom who saved her, loved her and nurtured her and now her new family who has welcomed her into their heart and home 🏡

From Neva's new FOREVER Mom 🫶 Neva came into our lives after our two beloved beagles passed away from old age leaving our 4-year-old Duke lonely. We were cautious about bringing any kind of dog into our household as our Duke is very protective and territorial. After some encouragement from Tamara (Nala's Mom) about her experience with adopting Nala, Neva's sister, Duke and Neva met on mutual ground and it did not take long for Duke to be relaxed with her. I think it's because of Neva's submissive personality that helped with the process. They have enjoyed snacks together, very loud squeaky toys and rough housing, Neva even enjoyed her first Kawasaki Mule ride, which is Duke's favorite thing to do.
Sweet Neva had a rough start in life but we are excited to show her much love and snuggles. We look forward to all the adventures Duke and little miss Diva Neva will have. If you have space and some extra love to give please consider Nancy for your family! The LAST of this wonderful litter ❤️ Happy LIFE Neva girl 🐾🌸💞

It's FRIDAYYYYYY so that means time for another FANTASTIC foster spotlight 💫 We cannot stress enough how amazing these fosters are, opening up their hearts and homes to those who need it most without hesitation. Diana & David have even gone so far as to add to the fun by helping out with the fergie puppies when we desperately needed to move them around 🫶 Keep reading so Diana can tell you why YOU should join our army 🐾❤️

Why We Foster
Fostering dogs isn’t just about giving them a place to stay—it’s about giving them a chance to feel safe, to trust, and to know what love truly means. When David and I first opened our home to fostering last October, we knew it would be emotional, challenging, and deeply rewarding. What we didn’t know was how much these dogs would change us.
The hardest part? You can’t save them all. No matter how many lives you touch, there will always be another face waiting, another plea for help. But each dog that finds warmth, kindness, and love in our home matters—their story shifts because someone believed they were worth saving.
Right now, we’re fostering Rocky and Bruno—better known as Kevin Hart and The Rock. Bonded brothers who landed on the dreaded short list simply because they were too scared to shine in a shelter. But no dog thrives in that environment, especially puppies as young as four and six months. The moment they stepped into our home, everything changed. Their fear melted away in hours, replaced by curiosity, affection, and boundless joy.
Bruno - He’s the laid-back sweetheart, always ready to snuggle. Rocky - He’s the spicy one—running a background check on you before deciding if you’re worthy of his trust (hope you brought good references). But both of them - They are pure love. Loyal, affectionate, and eager to remind us why fostering is so important.
Since welcoming them into our home, we’ve had the joy of celebrating Halloween, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and Easter together. They’ve become seasoned pros at posing for the camera, as if they know they’re starring in their own heartwarming rescue story. Whether they’re dressed up in festive costumes or simply soaking in the love of the season, every holiday feels more special with them by our side.
Earlier this year, we added sweet Neva to the mix, and the duo became a trio. Neva had one of the toughest starts imaginable—she was one of four survivors found in a chicken coop, barely clinging to life. It took a village to rescue and nurture these pups, and when she was strong enough, we took her in to teach her how to dog—how to trust humans, how to play, how to find comfort in a home. Before she was saved, she had little to no human contact, but with patience and love, she has absolutely thrived.Incredibly smart, she picked up on our routine quickly and has become the most wonderful addition to our pack.

Saying goodbye will be hard, as it always is. But the joy of seeing them find their forever family makes every tear worth it. And so, we continue—one foster at a time.

To those who wonder, “How do you do it?”—the real question is, “How could we not?”

🐾✨️ COURTESY POST ✨️🐾

We are sharing to hopefully help Gypsy here find a home 🏡 You see, all dog breeds are built differently and made to do certain things. In Gypsy's case she is made to WORK and unfortunately has not been able to do that. Her owner loves her very much but also understands the couch life isn't for her. Sure, she enjoys a good nap and some relax time but she needs to work that energy off first!

Gypsy is 4 years old, current on vaccines, house trained, kennel trained, e-collar trained, basic obedience trained...are you getting the picture? 🤣 Gypsy has had a great deal of training so she's obviously a smart girl and knows she needs a little more to do!

As is pretty typical for her breed Gypsy is very loyal to her person and is protective of them. She will need a very understanding person to take her in and work through this with her, most likely without very young children. Older kiddos who understand barriers (Gypsy is displaying some barrier reactivity) and some triggers, bonus to understand breed itself!

Gypsy's family desperately wants to find somebody who has the time and patience to work through everything with her. Someone with a strong personality, possibly a farm, or sombody who can work her on a farm. Even someone who is active and committed to walk/run her everyday would be amazing for her. There will be a rehoming fee as well as home visit & vet references required. Gypsy's family understands how critical it is to find the right fit for this girl. Please share and shoot us a message if interested!

How about another FANTASTIC foster spotlight ✨️ for this Friday?! We simply cannot so what we do without these wonderful fosters who dedicate their LIVES to helping us save more ❤️ Molly is NO exception and has been with us from the word GO 🚦Molly is currently fostering Ronnie, our very first save from Wichita Animal Shelter. Many would ask why he hasn't been adopted yet? Well, great question! From what Molly has to say, no reason at all! Straight from our kind hearted foster Momma herself 🥰

Why I Foster

Becoming a dog foster mom is truly one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done. My childhood self would be over the moon knowing I get to love on dogs every single day—what an absolute dream come true.

There’s something incredibly special about opening your home to an animal in need. Many of these dogs have had rough starts or difficult chapters in their lives, and being the one to help them feel safe, loved, and secure again is an experience like no other. You build a bond, you become their soft place to land—and for a little while, you get to be their person.

People often ask, “How can you do it and not keep them all?” And while saying goodbye is never easy, my heart is so full knowing I played a part in helping them find their perfect, forever family. I’m so grateful to be part of their story—even just a chapter.

To anyone who says they couldn’t do it: yes, you can! And if you “foster fail” and end up keeping one (I’ve only failed once… so far, ha!)—then that was meant to be.

Honestly, the hardest part is seeing how many animals still need saving. It’s heartbreaking to scroll through the rescue pages, seeing plea after plea for help—knowing so many lives are at risk through no fault of their own. I wish I could save them all. But for now, I’ll keep going… one foster at a time.

Thank you, Redemption Animal Rescue, for all that you do—and for letting me be a part of this amazing pack.

💚💙🩵 Meet Ronnie💚💙🩵

My current foster dog, Ronnie, is the sweetest boy. When Redemption Animal Rescue saved him, he was completely shut down. Not only had he endured a rough start to life, but he’s also blind. Watching him slowly come out of his shell has been incredible.

The first time he crawled up on the couch next to me, my heart just burst with joy. Despite everything he’s been through, he’s one of the kindest, most gentle souls I’ve ever met. It’s amazing how resilient dogs can be.

If you looked out in the backyard right now, you’d never guess he’s blind. He runs full speed and plays like any other happy pup—living life to the fullest. There really are no words to describe the joy of seeing a foster dog go from just surviving to truly flourishing. Ronnie is such a beautiful reminder of why fostering matters.

Last up on our tour of friends we made at the Kingman County Humane Society is Sunrise ☀️ This sweet and fun girl is almost 6 years old and quickly approaching one year at the shelter 😔 Many dogs experience stress in the shelter and Sunrise is sadly no exception. She was clearly once a loved family member now facing life in a "scary" shelter. We use the term "scary" loosely as she is loved and well cared for but for her the commotion can be just be too much! Full of energy, but would definitely love to chill outside of the shelter environment where she could once again have a loving family, a home of her own and maybe some doggy friends 🐕 Please share to help Sunrise find the new beginning she's been waiting for 🙏 If interested in adopting or fostering visit the link below 👇 AND don't forget there are many other wonderful dogs and cats that we haven't shared waiting and hoping for their happily ever after 🐾🏡❤️

We have just a couple more friends to introduce from the Kingman County Humane Society and we sure couldn't leave out Shaka! This boy is as loving as he is handsome 🥰 Even with one ear, he can sure turn heads! Shaka is about 5 years old, a nice gentle giant at almost 70 lbs. No need for one of those fancy weighted blankets with him by your side to snuggle! When snuggle time is over, don't worry he's ready for action too! Give him a chance and he will show you all the love and loyalty in his heart ❤️ If interested in adopting or fostering Shaka visit the link below 👇🏡🐾💙

Happy Friday, Friends 🌸🩷🐾 We're always posting about the dogs in our care and about needing foster homes so we can save more. Today we're going to do something a little different and spotlight ✨️ one of our wonderful foster Mom's. We can't do this without fosters like her and to be honest, who would want to?! Straight from foster Mom Kendra herself, puppy professional, always up for a challenge and has yet to say no!

This post is for the fergies and to talk about fostering! NANCY AND NEVA are still looking for homes!

The opening of your home for a little while. The help of the rescue at a single call or text. Helping sweet dogs who did not deserve the life they were dealt. Helping them learn how to be a puppy, a foster sibling, socialization. Simply showing them love and affection that she/he did not receive before you. It is not just potty training, feeding, and bathing them. Foster is showing them how to be loved and helping them find forever homes that will love them forever! Here is the story of the Fergies. I received not one but FOUR feral (i mean FERAL, would have rather took the raccoon off the street) puppies (hence where fergies comes from) right before it was supposed to be deadly cold. Four babies that were underweight, didnt know human affection, or even what constant food and water meant. They relied on bad people who didnt want them so simply chose to ignore them and had them in a chicken coop.... Who knows how many siblings the four had in the beginning. Fergies were CRAZY. For food and water, would try to eat each others f***s, and would jump or climb anything to find food. These puppies didnt ask for a rough life or almost death. Fostering helped save these four sweet babies who I constantly get comments about how wonderfully sweet they are! Fostering is helping a dog or dogs in my case because they deserve a happy, loving life too! Nelson (Kelce now) and Nala are happily adopted! Nancy and Neva are still looking for their happppy, loving, toy playing homes! Enjoy these before and afters of my sweet puppies that I will love forever. I have dogs, a cat, but that should not be an excuse not to try and help. Fostering has helped my reactive dogs be more friendly. They have been my deaf dogs best friend. They have showed my cat how to play. Fostering is nothing compared to the joy of adopters sending me updates of lives I have helped save.

If you have made it this far, thank you. please consider fostering, spay and neutering your animals, donating items/money to the local rescue and adopting. Visit our website if you'd like to apply to adopt OR foster!

We've been keeping a lil secret.....🤭😬 In our defense they're SOOOO cute 🥰 We all know rescue never stops, the need is great and there are far too many lives in need of being saved 💔 Thankfully for us (and these adorable bugs 🐛 here) we have ourselves a PUPPY FOSTER 🐶 You see, we try to arm ourselves with fosters of many capabilities. Everyone has their speciality and everyone has that special "type". This adorable bundle of love found themselves on the euthanasia list for having a doggy cough 😷 Fairly easily treated, but does require a lot of assistance from our Veterinarian and presto, we have PUPPIES! Approximately 3 months old, Val, Butters & Honey are NOT ready for adoption as they will need to get healthy but they will be soon! Before they can be adopted they will require vetting. Currently undergoing treatment for their doggy cold they will also need the regular vetting to include vaccines and spay/neuter. In the meantime, they also EAT a lot and love to play so any help to cover their expenses would be so appreciated! For those interested in adopting when they are ready, here's what you're in for!

💙🐾 Butters aka CHUNKY loves attention, rough housing and FOOD. He jumps for attention!

💝 🐾 Val, Valentine or Valentina aka crazy loves to run amuck, bark, and do some zoomies. She also shakes when people are trying to touch her 😭

👸 🐾 Princess Honey loves to be left alone, digging to china, and wet dog food. Also not a huge fan of people but is learning to accept love 💕

Say hello to WILLOW🌸
This sweet girl was found as a stray in Carey Park a couple of weeks ago. At first, I thought she was a younger cat because she’s so tiny but later we found out she’s actually an old lady. She was in very rough shape and begging to be helped and shown some love. After two vet visits we have discovered that she is 10+ years old, blind, anemic, dehydrated, and is struggling with kidney disease,a heart murmur and only weighs 4lbs. Despite all of those obstacles, she is literally the sweetest, most loving cat I have ever been around and is truly a fighter. We’ve done everything that we can medically for her and now we just wanna be able to love her and spoil her for whatever time she has left.💔😢
Originally I had named her one eyed W***y, but after seeing her personality, we have now started calling her Willow. If you would like to donate to help cover her medical bills and help us provide some comfort care for her, please click on the link below. 🐈‍⬛
