Wild Horse Youth Challenge

Wild Horse Youth Challenge Mustang Days was developed to showcase the versatility of the Mustang. Wild Horse Youth Challenge is a two day event. Showmanship, Trail and Freestyle.

Through fun competition at the Mustang Showcase & the Wild Horse Youth Challenge, we hope to entertain and educate, as well as bring awareness to the needs of Mustangs. Youth ages 9 - 18 from across Kansas and neighboring states are chosen by application process in April. Once chosen and c**t is picked up, their goal is to gentle and ground train Weanling or Yearling wild c**ts and return to the K

ansas State Fair where they compete in 3 classes. Trainers have the option to adopt their c**ts for $25 or put them up for adoption via live bid at the end of competition. We are modifying as we grow so stay tuned and follow our page!

Saturday will be a day of remembrance. If any former WHYC trainers(families) would like to attend, there will be a section for us as well as anyone that would like to join the procession whether in hand or riding your Mustang(about 4 miles from school to cemetary). The fairgrounds have offered stalls to all who bring horses, we ask that you clean your stall once you are done with it. This is open to all equestrian friends, not just Mustangs.
Please continue to pray for the family as they navigate life with such a loss.

View Emma Catherine Brungardt's obituary, send flowers, find service dates, and sign the guestbook.
