Have you tried calling the shop and we NEVER answer the phones? We promise they work 🤣However, we want to make sure the doggos we are working on that day get our full attention and since we do not have a receptionist we literally never answer the phone. Due to the high demand of groomers and influx of people on Cape we would be on it all day if we did. Very rarely do we have space for new clients because we have such an amazing full client list already and we LOVE YOU ALL! Any of our existing clients have access to the texting line which we try our best to respond to in a timely fashion. Any new client request we ask you email [email protected]. If we can get you into our rotation, we will reach out. Good old fashion voicemail is another way to have your calls returned. What DOES NOT work….repeatedly calling and hanging up. We aren’t a pizza shop so please don’t do that 😉

Hello friends!!! So many people looking for groomers now a days. The best way to get your foot in the door at FurBalls is to send an email to [email protected]. We already have a very full client list but keep the emails people send us. If we are ever able to accept new clients we will reach out. Please include breed, age of dog and if you have ever had any issues with grooming in the past.
We are aware our phones are ringing off the hook and we are not good at answering them however we focus our time on the clients we have in the shop at the current moment. We return the calls that need attention typically within 24-48 hours if we can accommodate you. We appreciate everyone’s patience! Thanks a bunch from the FurBalls Crew! 💚🐾💚

Taylor is running again this year in the Falmouth Road Race for Team Big Nick! Please help her reach her fundraising goal by donating to a great cause!
