One year ago, on my birthday, I became a registered Rabbit groomer, officially kicking off my grooming journey. Next week, I will film my test for the next level in my rabbit grooming certification. In September, I will attend the Grooming Expo in Hershey, Pennsylvania, to learn cat grooming, color work, and elevate my dog grooming skills. It's been an incredible journey. Rabbits don't have the ability to vomit. As self-groomers, especially when they are molting, ingesting loose fur can possibly lead to wool block, which can be deadly. How much undercoat could this shorthair rabbit need removed? Turns out, A LOT! Your bunny may need a little of our wizardry to release a build-up of undercoat that you may not even see.
