**RABIES ALERT** From the OK State Veterinarian’s Office, a dog in Wagoner tested positive just last week for Rabies. Several people & horses are now being monitored. He says these horses may end up getting Rabies because they were bit by the infected dog. Rabies is real & it is 100% fatal for animals & people.**

Texas-based microchip and registration company Save This Life was listed as inactive Tuesday. This is not the company our clinic uses. However, if pet owners have a microchip linked to Save This Life, they can have their veterinarians scan for the chip number, and reregister it with any of AAHA's member organizations. Various microchip companies have free registration or are offering affected owners discounts.
