Piper got her first big girl groom and then it snowed. Seeing a dog in their first snow is always a treat. Her phantom has become so vibrant. Hopefully expecting puppies 2024!

Exciting news over here! With our big life change and welcoming our sweet daughter into the world, I’ve decided to restructure my program for toy/mini poodles and cavapoos. This is something I’ve talked about for years. This sweet girl is joining the Premier Poodles family in September as our future mama prospect. Queenie was retired and this girl comes from the same wonderful breeder. Name TBD!

Stevie’s two little chocolate Merle females have been taken in and fostered by a very good friend’s Golden Retriever this week. It’s been such a blessing to me that I not only had the opportunity to bring them over and the mom accepted them as her own (even with them being 5 weeks and her litter 1) but that they’re improving. These girls are fighters and made it when I didn’t think they would. Regardless of all@May past experience rescuing litters, puppies and dogs from Mexico and “oops” litters there’s just some things I can’t do as well as a mama dog with a heartbeat to cuddle and help clean. I feared they’d be developmentally behind when the others were excelling. I’m so grateful for Daiquiri and her owner. In just 2 days the girls have put on weight, they’re more alert and playing like age appropriate babies! They’ll be staying with Daiquiri for the time being just down the street until I feel they’re ready to come home with their litter mates. Even seeing their siblings try to rally and make up for lack of dog mom by cleaning and comforting has been astounding.

Stevie’s babies are getting all the socialization! This is how I get them used to big dogs and small dogs. We make it a point to touch/pet them while they eat and drink. This helps them with food aggression and resource guarding. Although we teach our children not to pet/touch while they’re eating, I love an extra buffer.

Desensitizing to kittens over here.. it’s so hard being bigger than a kitty and not being able to fit under an ottoman.

Mama Nyx has been coming to work with me as our resident service/therapy dog. She’s been an every day comfort to everyone in our assisted living home for the developmentally disabled. This is what I breed for, seeing her in action every day makes me heart so happy.

I was blown away while blow drying “Cookie” our chocolate Merle Standard Poodle female of Stevie’s last litter at the intricacies of her color. Look how calm this girl is being blow dried! She’s still available!

We welcomed 7 mini Bernedoodles into the world this morning between 2 and 4:30 am. Ellie and her gorgeous babies are doing fantastic. We will have 6 available babies from this litter. 1 Female and 5 males!

Early Neurological Stimulation!

Hi 👋🏼 My name is Camilla. I’m the face behind Premier Poodles of Idaho. I wanted to start recording videos showing what the babies experience when they’re here with us. This is how Early Neurological Stimulation is done.

When I just take wayyyyy too long getting dinner going the crew takes it into their own tiny paws.

These babies got introduced to some new textures and toys today. We started on desensitizing to storms and bad weather.I will continue that for the next two days. The babies got baths, blow dries and nails clipped. We’re introducing a new object into the puppy area daily and taking turns roaming upstairs with the family working on exposure. 5 weeks old!

We didn’t make it through cleaning the whelping box before these hungry babies needed dinner 😂 but I’m SO proud of them. Such good eaters and totally unfazed by fireworks. They’re handling litter box training, weaning and noise desensitizing like little pros. 4 weeks tomorrow! We’re accepting deposits! 3 females and 6 males available! These babies are petite. They’ll be around 30-40 lbs but on the smaller side and no shedding!
