The East Idaho Spay Neuter Coalition (EISNC) is pleased to announce that we will be releasing 40 feline vouchers on August 21st, 2024 at 9 a.m.

Sadly, we will not be offering Canine vouchers this month.

This release will be held at the Idaho Falls Animal Shelter (IFAS) located at 2450 Hemmert Ave, Idaho Falls. Any questions regarding this program should be made through the EISNC page and/or messenger. Idaho Falls Animal Shelter is kind to offer their facility, but cannot answer specific questions regarding this program.

These vouchers are provided on a first come, first served basis, and you must be present to receive your voucher. Vouchers will NOT be available by any other method such as phone, email, Facebook, etc.
Feline vouchers are limited to 2 per household and are available to Bonneville County residents only. Our intention is to assist those who might need a little financial help. However, documentation for eligibility is not required. Regarding the feline program - it is specifically designed for “socialized” kittens/cats, and is not intended for community/feral cats.

There is no need to schedule a veterinarian appointment because we have already pre-booked appointments that you can choose from. The appointments for this campaign are scheduled for the last week of August.

The feline vouchers require a $40 cash copay (spay or neuter). All copays must be paid when you register for your voucher during the campaign hours at IFAS. The co-pay is non-refundable, so if you miss your appointment, your copay will not be refunded. Please bring an exact cash amount for your co-pay because change back to you is not available. This is a cash only release - credit cards, debit cards, or checks cannot be processed at these voucher releases.

You may want to arrive a little early as we often get started a little before 9 AM, and we will end at 10 AM.

😀August is Itchy Pet Awareness Month, and we know that treating skin allergies is not one-size-fits-all. Treatment depends on the underlying cause, such as allergies, parasites, bacterial or fungal infections.

If you notice your pet excessively scratching, licking, biting or scooting, contact us so we can determine the cause and treatment plan - then give them a little scratch of love behind the ear!
