Apple & Parsley Chew Sticks for Dogs

**Ingredients:**
- 1 cup grated apple (peeled, core and seeds removed)
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups oat flour (or ground oats)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil

**Instructions:**
1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated apple, parsley, applesauce, egg, and coconut oil. Mix well until evenly blended.
3. Gradually add the oat flour, stirring until a firm, slightly sticky dough forms.
4. Roll the dough into thin logs about 4–5 inches long and 1/2 inch thick. For uniform size, you can use a piping bag with a wide tip.
5. Place the logs onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart.
6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chew sticks are firm and lightly golden.
7. Allow the sticks to cool completely before serving them to your dog.

**Storage:**
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
- Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 2 months.
