Today Elizabeth took her sweet foster to the cute DOG FRIENDLY coffee shop in Lapeer for a meet & greet. If you haven’t checked it out, you really should! Very very impressed! We need one in imlay now!!!!

Okay Aussie folks. Look at this beauty! So cute!!

🐾 Meet Scamp, a gorgeous two-year-old Aussie mix weighing 55 pounds!

🌲 Loves the outdoors and needs an active family to keep him engaged!

🏡 Requires a yard to enjoy and stretch his legs!

🚶‍♂️ Enjoys alternating between walks and giving hugs to volunteers!

📚 Knows basic commands and sits nicely for treats!

🐾 Will benefit from continued training in his new home!

🥾 Recently enjoyed a 3-mile hike at Metamora State Park and loved playing in the snow! Had fun making his own version of snow angels during the hike. 😂

🍦 Treated himself to an ice cream cone after his hike—what a lucky pup!

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Ideal home would be active, with adults or families with kids ages eight and up.

🐕 May get along with other dogs, as he does well with them at the kennel.

Last few months have been really hard. We’ve lost a lot of seniors. A few that weren’t very old. All extremely loved & considered important family members. Lots of long time loyal clients 😭 My heart hurts and aches for these families. And man do I miss each and every one of those that cross that rainbow bridge. We might just be their groomer but we do develop a bond with these dogs. Watching them grow old sucks…. We know we won’t have much longer to enjoy our time with them. So as we cry over another loss today, thank you. Thank you for letting us love your doggos. And again I’m so sorry for your loss & pain. I’m going to snuggle my dogs harder tonight as we don’t get them long enough 💔
