Join us in congratulating another outstanding team on graduating this past week! Deputy Beau Powell and K9 Ruby completed the Basic Training Course this week and will be heading back to Choctaw County to hit the streets! We’re beyond proud of our graduates and can’t wait to see what their future holds!

K9 Life is dedicated to the amazing working breed dogs -- German Shepards, Belgian Malinois, Labradors and others. We love our dogs and they love us. Out training techniques are 100% positive and designed to make a well-socialized dog that will do the job he is meant to do. What many don’t realize is that working breed dogs love to work. They are happiest when they have a role to play in the “pack” and that the “pack leader” (you) love them more when they do it well. When a dog is learning to bite, it’s a big game and they love to play it. If you watch closely you’ll notice their tails are wagging furiously -- a sign of them enjoying themselves.

Working dogs can be trained to protect, sniff, and be service animals for those with special physical/mental needs. Getting the right dog and giving him (and you) the right training to meet the demands of the job you’ve asked of him is what we do. We find dogs with the best blood lines in the world and teach them to do a job especially well. If you have a job for a working dog, we can teach him to do it.

In addition to customized training, we breed some of the highest calibre dogs in the world. Our dogs have been highly rated in international competitions and have been rigorously selected to meet the highest possible standards of physical, mental and emotional stability. When what you are asking the dog to do is important -- maybe even a matter of life or death -- shouldn’t you have the best possible dog on the job?
