PSA: As most of you have heard, we are supposed to get some bad weather Sunday into Monday. We are asking that if you have an appointment on Monday, 1-6-25, or have medication that you need to pick up, please call the office before heading out. If we get the weather that they say we are going to get, which you never know around here, we may be closed for the day or open later than 8 am. So, please call before heading this way. NKY Animal Care Center is a rapidly growing small animal hospital that prides itself on excellent and compassionate care. We are located in the heart of Independence, Kentucky, just 20 minutes south of Cincinnati, Ohio. Our practice is a 3 doctor, full-service animal hospital offering wellness care, general medical care, dentistry, soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, digital radiography, ultrasound, laser therapy, and more! We strive to put our patients and clients first. We need YOUR help to meet our growing demand! We want our team members to have successful careers and lives outside of work. We offer set schedules with no weekend or after-hours emergency duty, as after-hour emergencies are referred to nearby Emergency Centers. We currently looking to fill two full-time Veterinarian Assistant positions. Experience in a veterinary hospital is desirable. Come be a part of our TEAM!

Some very exciting news here!!! We have added a new doctor to our growing practice! We are so happy to have Dr. Kyle Casson join us. He recently graduated from Auburn University. He is kind and very patient. He gives each and every pet the attention and time that they need. He is very knowledgeable and has even taught some of us old dogs new tricks. 😂 Welcome Dr. K!!
