We had an interesting case this week that we thought you all may like to learn about!

The topic of this case is freemartinism:
Freemartinism occurs when a set of twins are born with one being male and one being female that leads to the female being infertile due to an underdeveloped reproductive tract. This condition occurs in 80-95% of female calves born with a male twin and can have any variation of effect on the outside and inside aspects of their reproductive tract.

This case:
This little girl was born with a male twin, which lead to this odd confirmation of her back end. Upon further exam by the producer, it was found that she doesn't have an external vulvar opening- just the urethra (the hole they urinate out of). Because of this, she will be unable to reproduce.
