Our recommendations are simply based on what we have learned from experience and are in the best interest of the animals that we serve.
Take ๐ฃ๐น๐๐๐ต๐ถ๐ฒ toys ๐งธ as an example. The dogs LOVE themโฆand as long as we have someone to VERY closely monitor them ๐๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ฒ ๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐ฎ๐ญ๐ that they play with their ๐ฃ๐น๐๐๐ต๐ถ๐ฒโฆwe enjoy letting them have one.
Here is why they MUST be supervisedโฆsee picture and videos below. ๐งธ๐ฃ๐น๐๐๐ต๐ถ๐ฒ ๐ฆ๐น๐ฎ๐๐ด๐ต๐๐ฒ๐ฟ took ๐ฅ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ง 10 minutes ๐คฃ๐คฃ
If the pups are not being closely watchedโฆmany of them will ingest pieces of the toy which can then in turn become a life threatening medical emergency. Unfortunately itโs not often possible to monitor their play this closely with so many other things that must be done. Hard rubber or plastic toys like KONG or Benebone give the dogs something safer and more long lasting to play with.
Donโt worryโฆDuring todayโs supervised play only the ๐๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐๐ฌ were injured. ๐งธ๐ค๐น

๐๐จ๐ฏ๐ was initially very reserved and cautious not just with other dogs but with humans too. She definitely wanted to be loved but didnโt know if she could trust people ๐
๐๐จ๐ฏ๐ is a completely different girl now. She has put on weight, greets people excitedly and has learned to play with other dogs.
๐๐จ๐ฏ๐ is a pleaser and wants nothing more than your approval and love. She responds so well to praise and positive reinforcement. ๐๐จ๐ฏ๐ does not jump up on people and is well mannered.
๐๐จ๐ฏ๐ keeps a tidy kennel and rarely soils it if allowed regular potty breaks. She is quiet in her kennel waiting for you to let her out.
๐๐จ๐ฏ๐ is now spayed, microchipped, vaccinated and sponsored! Come meet this wonderful girl.

๐๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ says โ๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ง just wants to be right next to you. She would watch the old westerns with you all day long!โ ๐คฃ
