Our practice is affiliated with Animal Medical Clinic in Melbourne, which has served the South Brevard area since 1964. In 2015, we were pleased to acquire this location in Indialantic to deliver our high

quality veterinary services to beachside pet owners. Our services in Indialantic will include annual well visits, surgeries, spay and neuter, and holistic medicine.

🐾 Important Health Update for Our Boarding & Bath Clients at Our Melbourne Location 🐾

Beginning January 1, 2026, all canine boarding and bath patients will be required to be up to date on the leptospirosis (lepto) vaccination.

What this means:
• If your dog has never received the leptospirosis vaccine, it is given as a two-part series, with doses administered 2–3 weeks apart.
• After the initial series, the vaccine must be boosted annually.
• If there is a lapse in vaccination, the two-dose series will be required again.

We are implementing this requirement due to a significant increase in leptospirosis cases in our area. This policy helps us protect the health and safety of all pets in our care during their stay with us.

Mullet a 16wk Dachshund puppy leaped from the furniture at home. He started immediately limping. Our AMCI office had an urgent care appointment available to get this sweet boy seen. Carefully our staff took xrays and Dr. Garrity did a full exam. Luckily nothing was broken! Rest and pain medication and he will be good as new.
