We're open!

We also went ahead and ordered a snow blower because we're too old for this. Hopefully your pets don't need surgery today because I can't feel my hands. Mostly kidding.

Keep an eye on our website for wait times or any changes. We're a bit shorthanded due to the weather.

If any of you have a contact for a dependable parking lot plowing service, send it our way!

We'll be closed for New Year's Eve and New Year's Day to unwind 2024 and prepare for 2025. Thank you to everyone that made us feel so welcome and important to Indianapolis area pets in 2024!

Our tree is all set after the addition of these hand embroidered ornaments from Dr Kulish.

It is not surprising that such a talented surgeon is also a talented needleworker outside of work! She made one to represent each of our team members!

And to top off the tree is our cat angel, Hank, made by Dr Ryan's mom. 💕🐈🐾

Many regular veterinarians will be closed starting tomorrow through the weekend to get a much-needed break with their families!

We'll be closed on Thursday to be with our friends and family but we remain open for our regular hours outside of that and here if you need us if your pup decides to eat something they shouldn't!

🎉 Happy Birthday to these adorable little ones! Dr. Potts and the amazing team at Indianapolis Animal Urgent Care (IAUC) performed an emergency C-section today to bring them safely into the world.

This is just one example of the many life-saving emergency surgeries our skilled doctors are proficient at to ensure your pets get the care they need, when they need it most.

Today marks our one-year anniversary! 🎉🥳

We’re incredibly grateful for the warm welcome we've received from the Indianapolis pet community. More than anything, thank you to the amazing team here (and those who couldn’t be pictured) who’ve helped build and sustain Indy Animal Urgent Care to be the wonderful place that it is. Thank you for your dedication and passion and for making work a rewarding and pleasant place to be.

Also, special thanks to private equity and corporate medicine groups for slowly ruining veterinary medicine and forcing us to create a place for ourselves. 🙃

It's Veterinary Technician Appreciation Week, and we’re excited to take a moment to celebrate the incredible people who make Indy Animal Urgent Care what it is.

Tonight, we want to give a special shoutout to our amazing veterinary staff. We might be a bit biased, but we firmly believe we have the absolute best team in the Indy area!

Our techs don’t just assist—they are the backbone of this clinic, wearing countless hats every single shift. From providing top-notch and caring patient care to meaningful client interaction and education, to keeping the clinic running smoothly, they are the ones who create and maintain the positive, compassionate environment we all value so much. It’s not always easy in a field that sees its fair share of tough and sorrowful cases, but they do it with dedication and grace.

So, here's a massive THANK YOU to all veterinary technicians and support staff everywhere—but an extra-special thank you to ours!

This sweet cat is Kiro. Kiro had a large polyp growing in his ear canal that we removed. The polyp had rapidly grown to the size of a quarter and took up the majority of his ear canal causing him discomfort. We wish him a speedy recovery! 😺

After almost a whole year of staring at our broken concrete and sidewalk thanks to damages from @verizon and their subcontractors and @ufginsurance we're biting the bullet and getting it repaired without compensation from them.
