PSA 🚨

We are implementing new policies due to recent complications.

• A non-refundable 30% deposit is required at booking to secure dates, with the balance due on or before the service date. Refunds are provided for cancellations within 14 days or when we initiate cancellation.

• We welcome timid and aggressive dogs, but require prior disclosure of such behavior. Non-disclosure resulting in biting incidents may lead to immediate service termination without refund. While we have experience handling challenging behaviors, clients are obligated to inform us prior to booking.

• We are not responsible for medical bills and all emergency services will be immediately reported to the owner and pet will be taken to vet of their choice
