Our wranglers are amazing at catching stray rabbits 🥰 Sometimes we get more then we expect 😵‍💫

We had five “surprise” litters this year. A rescue of 5 rabbits turned into a rescue of 36 rabbits 🫣. Unfortunately 5 did not make it 🪦

This has put a huge dent in our bank account. We still have 🐰🐇🐰🐇🐰🐇🐰🐇🐰 spays and neuters to go 😭

Your donations help rabbits like Bones 💗

Bones was found this summer by a good samaritan. She was very young, alone, and had a back leg injury. She was brought to IHRS and quickly seen for emergency vet care. Unfortunately, the injury to her back leg was too severe, so they had to amputate. After recovering from surgery, she spent time learning how to get around.
Having three legs didn’t slow her down for long. She can binkie and run and has great litter box habits with a low entry litter box. She is curious and likes to explore. She’s always searching for new places to hide and relax. Bones is incredibly affectionate, and loves pets. Like most rabbits, she does not like to be picked up.
