The Farm is a sub-acre sustainable agriculture project on the campus of Butler University (Indianapolis, IN) and managed by the Center for Urban Ecology and Sustainability (CUES). The idea to create a farm at Butler arose from an interest in local, organic foods and environmental awareness. The Farm serves as a hub for education and research to Butler and the surrounding community through the exp

loration of local food production using organic methods. The Farm is located in between the Butler Prairie and Parking Lot I, next to the intramural fields and tennis courts. The Farm also sits just west of the Central Canal running through the north side of Indianapolis.
