She’s the best dressed pup in Toy box 🐕💖 Her whole personality has every employee obsessed 😍 Her mom says Tootsie is an 11 month old Shih poo, with a birthday this month, 12/30! Tootsie loves to play with her daycare friends at Dogtopia where she is very energetic. 🥳 Tootsie also loves belly rubs, napping and cuddling at home 🥰
