Family Reunion Meet and Greet “Tailgating”!!!!!
Wear your favorite sports team (Professional or Collegiate) apparel (jerseys, hats, shirts, etc….).

Where: Caribbean Cove
3:00 P.M..: Hotel check-in
5:00 P.M. until: Meet & Greet in Monaco Conference Room.

The Hospitality Suite will be available after 10:00 P.M. Please bring old family photos with you so that they can be scanned.

Check In: Pay dues if needed, pick up name badges and reunion bags. For those who purchased t-shirts you can also pick them up at this time.

Mix and Mingle with snacks provided
Activities: We will have a few games scheduled. There will also be a $3.00 raffle for several prizes.

For those you who may be interested in venturing out and experiencing downtown Indianapolis after the Meet and Greet.

Hey Family,

I have received an inquiry about the new APE treetop adventure course that is now open in Eagle Creek Park, which is where we will be having our Saturday Picnic for the reunion. This event will have to be an optional event and I can reserve a group spot if there is enough interest in running the course. Unfortunately the reunion committee will not be able to cover the cost associated with going through the course. The cost is:
Adult (18+ yrs) $55.00 and Kids (10-17yrs) $35.00
2-3 Hour Treetop Adventure!!!!

Below is a brief description of the treetop adventure course if you are interested. Please let me know if you would like to participate and if we have enough people I can add this to the agenda. Please note that if you have a fear of heights, then this is NOT for you. :)

Hi. I'm Lyne of the FB name DocLyne Ess. My husband is Roosevelt (Doc) Stafford, Jr. The son of Roosevelt (Rody) Stafford, Sr and Sallie Stafford. Rody was the son of Eliza (Ms Liza) Beamon Stafford Cokley.

Doc and I have been married for 32 years. We are the proud parents of a daughter and a son. Our daughter has been married for 3.5 years and our son is a newlywed. We love our childrens' spouses like they are our own children . There is also a family dog. He is a Shih Tzu and spoiled. We don't know who has who trained LOL.

I am a proud member of the family. I tell people that we hit the in-law jackpot. Both sides of our families have a loving relationship, it moved on to our daughter's husband's family, and continues with our son's wife's family.

We look forward to seeing everyone at the family reunion!!! God Bless You!!!

My name is Patrinah Bennett, madame name is Ahmad (Smith). My mother is Saabirah (Pat) Ahmad and was married to my father Abdul Ahmad (Birth name was Clyde Smith). My father was born January 28, 1940 in Panther Burn, Mississippi to Eddie Lee and Sweetie Mae Smith. My grandmother Sweetie Smith was the daughter of Sampson and Adell (Anderson) Beamon (Great Grand Mother).

My dad has six sisters: Aubry, Arlene, Helena, Margaret, Sarah and 7 brothers: Clarence, Eddie, Lendell, David, Donald, Calvin, Clinton.

I have 3 brothers: Thermond, Adbul and Sulaiman and 7 sisters: Chirita, Senetha, Khadijah, Khalimah, Khawailah, Tysha and Naimah. I think that is it....WHO'S NEXT!!!

Hello Family. I hope everyone is well and is finding this page helpful with your own planning for our family Reunion. I received a suggestion my/your cousin DocLynn to start posting our family history,so we know how we are all related. I think this is a great idea and would also be fun. Soooo I will start out do give you all an idea of the format that I am looking for and you can join in. FYI... I would like to add this information to family reunion booklet, so please be as accurate as you can. I look forward to reading your post.
