In search of a man that brings his two sh*tzu s in for grooming he pan handles around Emerson and southeastern ave he lives in his truck but I think the dog that we have belongs to him. I'm worried something has happened to him because he would never part with his dog. I know that I know this sweet little old lady. If anyone in the neighborhood knows this man that I'm talking about if you know if he's ok let me know because his truck is parked in a lot on Emerson and Raymond Street and I'm pretty sure I've got his dog. He's around 70 taller guy white hair
