We are not a barn that keeps horses in stalls, if the weather is good they are outside. If it is lightening, hailing, below 20 degrees at night or above 100 during the day, or the apocalypse is coming the horses come inside. We believe horses are happier and healthier if they are outside and able to graze and move.
We are a low drama goofy bunch of dressage riders who sometimes get a wild hair up our butts and try to ride after a glass or two of wine. We have trainers come in for lessons and really don’t care who you ride with, which farrier you use, or which vet you prefer. The horse is the number one priority!

A good tip for improving canter is to think about emphasizing the first step of the stride when the horse is loading their outside hind leg. This allows the horse to come up in front of you more and be better influenced by your seat.
