After seeing recall after recall on dog foods and treats, I started making my own treats for my precious fur babies, Finley and Lukie. I knew exactly what they were made with, they were cheaper than a lot I found at the big box stores and the dogs loved them! The next few months for us humans at Dancing Doggies is going to be very busy with weddings and family visiting along with some other fun stuff. As exciting as it will be for us, sadly we are going to be missing some more Polk County Farms Columbus Farmers Markets. As of now, we are planning to be at the market September 14th and October 12th. After (or before) you go see my fellow vendors at the Columbus Market, run by on of the following convenient places for your dog treats. They will always have a fresh supply!

I just realized it's Saturday. Yeah, I know, where have I been? Seriously, after 7 days on a ship sailing around Alaska and now spending a few days at the base of Mt Rainier, I'm never even sure what time it is, much less the day. My phone tells me 5:40am. All that being said, we still won't be at the market til August but grab some treats for your baby ( and hug them extra tight because I am missing mine terribly) at Martha's Amish Bakery, Mill Spring Farm Store, Valley Ag Farm & Garden, The Divine Canine or Rare Earth Botanicals in Landrum. The actual "Trains, Planes and Automobiles + Boats" portion doesn't begin for 6 more days but as of this very moment, I (and Dancing Doggies) am officially on vacation!! I just restocked all my retail partners and made some individual deliveries. So...

I will not be back at Polk County Farms Columbus Farmer Market until August. But go see my friends at Martha's Amish Bakery, The Divine Canine, Mill Spring Farm Store, Valley Ag Farm & Garden, and Rare Earth Botanicals in Landrum to keep your pups happy while I'm gone. Just a little adjustment to our schedule for tomorrow.... with the threat of bad weather, Martha's Amish Bakery has decided to postpone their 10 year celebration til June 8th. But there will still be a market with some of us vendors there at the bakery. The NEW time is 8-1. So still come! Dancing Doggies will NOT be at the Columbus Farmers Market tomorrow but you can find us at Martha's Amish Bakery's 10 year celebration on Saturday from 11-2 (I plan to be there earlier so I don't miss out on a donut!!) and on Sunday at Market on Mill- Inman, SC from 12-4! This weekend, Friday Saluda and Saturday Columbus, is the opening of the Outdoor Markets! Our Story

After seeing recall after recall on dog foods and treats, I started making my own treats for my precious fur babies, Finley and Lukie. I knew exactly what they were made with, they were cheaper than a lot I found at the big box stores and the dogs loved them! I had a few friends offer to pay for me to make them for their dogs so I thought, Why Not?! Others' dogs should get to dance for their treats too! Our treats are made to order with no preservatives or additives. Just good, healthy treats for the furry ones we love the most. These come in Peanut Butter and Minty Fresh Breath flavors and in large for larger babies and small for the little guys. Also, Smoked Chicken Gizzards!! These contain glucosamine and chondroitin. Now, in addition to tasty, healthy treats, we have a Shampoo Bar that is both conditioning to the skin and coat and repels fleas and ticks, Soothing Balm for dry cracked paw pads, snouts and ears (also good for humans ;-) ) and Uni-Sex Bow Ties which slip easily onto collars so most pups don’t even know they are there! Now Fido (and Meow) can rep their (and YOUR) favorite team, season or holiday!!
