As of September 26th, 2024, we are implementing 3 new policies at Blackberry Veterinary Center.

1. Any clients that no show for their appointment will be required to prepay in order to reserve future appointment slots each time they are scheduled. This is non refundable.

2. Any clients that reschedule the day of their appointment up to 2 times will be required to prepay in order to reserve future appointment slots each time they are scheduled. This is non refundable.

3. Any email consults requiring the parcipitation of our veterinarian will be charged a one-time fee of $25.00 per virtual consult.

Our goal with these new policies in place is to help reduce the possibility of our clinic being unable to provide quality patient care and allow us to put forth the best Blackberry has to offer.

We appreciate your understanding as these new policies take effect! 💜🐾
