It's taken me awhile to decide how to respond to all of your responses about our life change. It's difficult after 27 years in business to change as much as we have to. We appreciate All the prayers and support. Everyone means so much to us, and that includes the fur babies! It's been a rough few weeks but we are beginning to settle into our new routines. I am thankful for all the wonderful support and the offering of assistance. I will be asking for people to drop off pets for boarding and grooming 8am to 9am. I know it's early but that way I can start grooming at 9am. I hope to have phones covered Mon and Fri 9am to 1130am . If you need answers same day, please call during that time. All others I will try to get to within 24 hrs.
Unfortunately there are some dogs that I will not be able to do nails on anymore. Without George's assistance it is not feasible. I apologize profusely, but for my safety and the pets it is for the best. Also there are some that I will not be able to bathe. These are dogs that George the trainer could only do. I will let you know when you call for your next appt.
I've had to down size on boarding, so please let me know as soon as possible your dates. Once the runs are booked, I have no other place to put them.
I understand things will be different, (except the care) and for us to provide the best care, the changes have to happen. Some of you may change facilities, George and I understand. We thank you for your understanding and support of the transition. I apologize if I'm rambeling. Thank you again, we love you all. ❤️
