The Cat's Voice WV The Cat's Voice WV is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that is dedicated to control the overpopulation of animals.

The Cat's Voice WV is a volunteer and foster-based rescue. We operate through donations from the general public and the generosity of our volunteers. We are a rescue that is dedicated to giving every cat – feral or friendly – a chance at a good life. We consider ourselves a rehab rescue and devote time and resources to getting our cats healthy and adopted into loving homes.

The wind is so strong, we’re starting to wonder if it can blow in some new fosters for us! 😹 Our rescue cats and kittens need a temporary safe space until they’re ready for adoption.

We provide medical care, and supplies to get started—you provide a warm spot and a little love! 🐾 Must have a separate space to quarantine newcomers until they’re cleared.

Update: 13 teeth pulled 😳 Snowball is doing well and will be on a wetfood diet while she recovers

❄️ Tomorrow, as the snow falls, Snowball is off to Hillside for a dental procedure. This sweet girl came to us from the outdoors, FIV positive, and now needs some teeth removed to feel better.

She’s a big girl with a squeaky little voice instead of a meow, and she LOVES attention and being inside, safe and cozy. 🐾

Dental procedures aren’t cheap, and we need your help to cover the cost. Any donations towards Snowball’s care would be greatly appreciated, and she promises to keep squeaking her thanks! 💕

Georgie came to us from another shelter where she was there for over a year she is FIV positive. Georgie wonderful foster noticed that she was looking unkept and she was having a hard time eating. She went to Hillside Vet and received antibiotics and needs a dental which will be tomorrow. As most people know The Cat’s Voice WV takes difficult/expensive cases and we need everyone’s help. Update: Her Test results came back she is unfortunately positive for Feline Leukemia so we are positive her siblings are as well Candy Corn was pulled from Berkeley County Humane Society WV along with her 3 siblings because they all tested positive for Felv. Candy Corn is going to Hillside to have a QPCR Test done to determine if she truly has Leukemia. Many prayers are needed. If you’re able to contribute, no amount is too small. Meet Peanut (tabby with white) and Tator Tot! Peanut and Tator Tot are 4-month-old brothers. They both love to play and enjoy eating treats, especially Churus. Tator Tot likes to play in his water dish and hide in things that are like caves, such as the edge of a blanket or pillow. He will jump up and sit in a lap. Tator Tot is very gentle and sweet. Peanut is a little bit more timid, but he's always happy to come for a treat. Like his brother, Peanut is also very gentle and sweet. He is usually too busy to sit in a lap, except when he's tired. Peanut and Tator Tot get along fine with all the other cats in the house. They run around the house chasing each other like little wild horses. Interested in Peanut and/or Tator Tot?
