Dark's K-9 Grooming I’m a Dog groomer of 10 years. I’ve worked all over Sacramento & in ione. I can groom many breeds. Breed standard cuts or custom cuts of your choice.

I have many loyal customers. My goal is to provide a very calm loving grooming space for your pups. I work on them one at a time to give them my full undivided attention. Usually give 10-20 min heads up on when they will be done. No crate time. They get to run around the shop while they wait for their owners to arrive. Your pups will be well cared for and come back smelling and looking like a whole new dog.

Hello, and Good Morning clients and friends!! We recently were informed that we made “Best Groomers in Amador County”. We want to thank our lovely county for rewarding us with this title! We have been working so hard since we started our shop a few years ago. We love to hear that we have made an impact on our community and their pets. Working with our clientele has been a wonderful journey for us all and we are so grateful to be able to make everyone’s pups and parents happy! It’s crazy to think just a couple years ago we had just opened up our doors and now we book out almost 3 months in advance. I'm so proud of my amazing team. Bianca and dorothy have been working so hard and learning so much. I’m sure most people are aware of how difficult it can be to work with animals but we love nothing more than getting to know each and every pet that comes in. This year we have lost a few of our pets to old age and medical conditions and it’s broken our hearts. We get to know each dog to the extent of loving them as our own. We want to give a shout out to some of our lost pups. Diesel, Josie, Tasha, Lovey, Kaleb, Charlie, Bilbo, Roxy, Chance, and many more this year. We love and miss you all. You will forever be a memory to us. Once again thank you Amador county!

Good afternoon, I hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas. I wanted to bring attention to the respiratory illness that has been seen to circulate through dogs for the past month or so. We have had no cases, so far, to my knowledge in Amador county and we would like to keep it that way. There is still very little information, but we ask that if your pup is experiencing any symptoms (i.e. coughing, sneezing, lethargy, excessive nasal/eye discharge) that you simply reschedule your appointment for a later date when your pup is feeling better. We will do our best to get each of you rescheduled as quick as possible. We want to make sure that all of your fur-babies are staying happy and healthy. Thank you guys so much for understanding, have a great rest of your holiday and a very happy new year! 🐶🫧
