Public Service Announcement.

As you cage begins to age, please inspect your top and bottom sliding glass door track to ensure that they are still nice and tight and adhered good to the cage. If it is loose, please contact us at (908) 899-3637 or by email at [email protected] so that we can send you some new fasteners to tighten it back up again.

We found that we had a bad batch of adhesive tape that isn’t aging well. If your track has screws in it instead of adhesive you’ll just need to snug the screws up. If you don’t see any screws in the top track and it seems loose please reach out to us.
