For the past few weeks, I have been unable to put this pain into words not to mention,look at her pictures. I have started, stopped, cried, been angry and cried again.
For many of you that were fortunate enough to know Rigby and those that didn’t, I had to say goodbye Memorial Day weekend, to my boon companion.

She acquired Myasthenia Gravis and within 5 days she was gone. I cannot begin to describe The shock, sorrow, loneliness and pain I have felt. She was a therapy dog who helped many people and dogs in their times of need. My heart is broken.

Drum roll, please! 🥁 Muttville is getting a forever home! Our growth and increased interested in senior dogs has us bursting at the seams! We hope to move into our new space just a couple of blocks away from our current HQ by fall of 2022. This entirely cage-free space will have a spacious new adoption center, a wellness center for our dogs' best medical care and a big Muttville Town Hall for even more community programs (can't wait to welcome you back, Cuddle Clubs and Humane Education)!
