It is a fun casual place where dogs play together in supervised groups. The facility is climate controlled with each playgroup having it's own outdoor play yard. The groups are supervised by dog lovers throughout the day. Lucky Pawz also offers overnight boarding where the dogs can spend the night in our kennels after playing with other dogs all day. 5-Day Pass $135.00 ($27.00 per day)
10-Day Pass $260.00 ($26.00 per day)
20-Day Pass $480 ($24.00 per day)
Monthly pass $420/month**

** Unlimited daycare during all available daycare times M-F. Monthly pass expires the last day of the month. Half-Day Rates
Choose either the AM session (6:30-12:30) or the PM session (12:30-6:00)

5 Half-Day Pass $95.00 ($19.00/half-day)
10 Half-Day Pass $180 ($18.00/half-day)
20 Half-Day Pass $320 ($16.00/half-day)

Boarding:
Rate $43.00 per night

Do you have more than one dog? If so, Lucky Pawz provides a discount for additional dogs from the same family who are able to share a kennel with their sibling.

* If more than one kennel is needed per household a discount of 10% will be applied to that kennel. Rate per additional dog sharing kennel: $31.00 per night**

Note: Boarding rates include Daycare. Boarding dogs may be picked up on weekdays prior to 12:30 p.m. without additional charge. Boarding dogs picked up after 12:30 p.m. will be charged a half-day rate for Daycare on the day of pick-up.

A member of our Lucky Pawz family has been hit with some difficult news. Monday, November 20th, and Tuesday, November 21st, Lucky Pawz will be open for regular daycare hours: 6:30 am-6 pm. And Wednesday the 22nd - Friday the 24th, we will not be open for daycare. We will only be open
5:00-7:00 pm for boarding drop off/ pick up!

There is a fire currently behind our Iowa City location. All dogs are safe and have been moved into our front building. ICFD is on site and has the fire under control. It will be difficult to access our parking area for a little while.

Following a bittersweet last week at LP, I wanted to hop on one last time just to say a few parting words🥹

Six years ago I was a college student on the verge of graduating with absolutely no clue what to do. Lucky Pawz made me realize my passion for dogs and working in pet care, finally giving me a path to follow. I cannot thank this business enough for the opportunities that have been provided to me and for all of the knowledge, experience, relationships, and memories I have gained along the way.

To the many amazing customers I have worked with (at both NL and IC locations) - thank you for placing your trust in me and the rest of our staff to take care of your pups. In my six wonderful years here I have watched spunky puppies (including my own) grow into happy adult dogs, while I have watched others faces slowly turn gray. I have snuggled some in their final days, and I haven’t taken a single moment for granted. Being a part of your dog’s lives has been the pleasure of a lifetime, and I promise they have all left hundreds of paw prints on my heart 🐾
