Happy Friday fur friends.
I am not sure if I've ever shared with you all that I also have a small in home custom bakery called Patty Cakes!
As soon as I saw it I knew that I wanted to add some reatil to our front lobby. Products that I know and trust, that I've used for years, and that benefit our clients in the best way. I never thought my two worlds would collide and
then my kids had the idea of a pupcakery so obviously we're going to do that. We are slow going and don't want to rush anything as our top priority remains offering the very best in grooming and pet care but with that being said we will be offering homemade dog treats starting next week.

Hello my furry friends. Can you believe Thanksgiving is only FIVE weeks away? 🤯
That means we are getting busier and our holiday appointment spots will fill up quickly. We will still be taking new clients during this time.
We are open Tues through Saturday but will be closed:

This is Bullet. Bullet came in this week for his last grooming with me before him and his family make the big move to Germany. Bullet is quite a character. He always comes sliding in the door for his appointment because he's moving so fast. He thinks bath time is a pool party, but when it's time for his haircut he is all business.
We hope Bullet and family have a safe move and a pawsome time in their new home. We will miss definitely miss them. 🐾

Meet Bullet.
Bullets owner called me on Monday desperately looking for someone who could finish his dog. He said he took him to a gal at a feed and seed store but she had to "leave to go get her kids from school". It was in that moment that I knew Bullet was a handful. He had also taken him to Petsmart and they suggested having him sedated.
Everyone gets a chance here so we booked him in for Tuesday morning. Bullet came flying through my doors and I could tell immediately that he was young and most likely inexperienced so he was probably reacting out of fear. I was right, he was just under a year old and had never been groomed before (aside from the two previous attempts). He was matted and needed this haircut so with a little patience and A LOT of peanut butter we went to work and honestly with very little resistance I was able to finish him.
We got Dad on a maintenance schedule so we can help this little guy get used to the process. 🐶❤
