Looking for information on who dropped off a cat in a carrier and tucked it into the large doghouse in the parking lot. My vet tech found it by chance when she was shoveling. Cat is ok now but was frozen to the carrier in its urine. No visible tracks in snow this am so not sure how long it was there. Please please do not just drop your animal off! Call animal control or private message us to meet you for drop off.

*Update: it is a spayed female that also has all four paws declawed.
