Please use caution tomorrow when coming for drop off and pick up for appointments. Though the driveway/parking will be clear the alley and roads in Ironton are not clear. However we will be OPEN normal hours this week.
I will be contacting all clients who were canceled on last week today. Thank you so much for your patience with me. Can’t wait to see you and your fur babies!

Final ⛄️❄️ update for this week.
Barrett has also been diagnosed with flu A today.
To keep my baby sitters healthy and make sure I’m not going to get it and spread to my clients we will close for the rest of the week. I’m sorry to do this but I have been out today and though the highways and major roads are clear the streets in Ironton are not safe to be on right now.
We will see what the weekend brings and most likely be open on Monday regular hours.
I appreciate your patience and understanding with me while I get my baby well and keeping you and your fur babies safe.
Please keep in mind I will get you rescheduled as soon as humanly possible. I will be reaching out to reschedule you this weekend for first available appointment as well as starting a cancellation list.
People will be rescheduled in the order that they were canceled on.

Update for TUESDAY Jan 7.
As much as I hate to, I am going to be closed tomorrow as well. Along with keeping the safety of my clients/baby sitters top priority. My son is now pretty sick. It’s best that I am home with him and we don’t get anyone else sick until I can get him to his doctor safely.
I appreciate you all and your understanding. I will be updating for Wednesdays appointments tomorrow.
I will be rescheduling everyone when I get back in the shop.

Lawrence County, Ohio is now on a Level 3. This storm is not going to let up for quite some time and the roads are not going to improve any time soon. Please check with your employer to see if you should report to work or not.

Over the Rainbow Pet Grooming will be CLOSED.
To keep my baby sitters and clients safe we will be taking a snow day tomorrow.
We will keep you posted on Tuesday Jan 7th.

Announcement.
All clients will be getting their regular confirmations in the morning.
Go ahead and respond accordingly. If you feel better to reschedule ahead of time please let me know at that time or now.
As always the safety of you and your family(fur babies included) is my top priority. Please remember I will get everyone rescheduled for my soonest available appointment as well as putting clients on the wait list to get in as soon as possible.

Until posted otherwise all appointments are still on. This is just worse case scenario preparations.
Of course, in situations like this the cancellation fees are waved.

I hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas and Happy New year! We will be open regular business hours starting tomorrow at 1pm(it’s my regularly scheduled half day).
I want to thank you all with your patience with me as I have taken some much needed time with my family this holiday season and I will be in touch very soon if you have tried to get a hold of me.

A reminder online booking for the months of Jan-April 2025 is now OPEN. The wait list to get in before Christmas is now closed. I still have plans to hopefully work everyone on there in before the holiday.

The month of Dec we will be taking food/toy donations for the local animal shelter. For those who want to participate will get an extra drawing into our Christmas basket giveaway @ the end of the year.

Just a friendly reminder with the holiday season coming up and life gets busy, appointments must be canceled 48(preferred)-24 hours in advance to avoid a late fee/deposit kept. I do have a list of clients that want in before the holidays and to be fair to everyone please let me know if you’re unable to keep kept appointments as soon as possible.
