Older male Shih Tzu found on Old Trail Rd near Center Highway around 2:15 today. He is wearing a flea collar, a cloth Steelers collar, and a cloth zebra print collar. No tags or chip. If you own this dog contact the North Huntingdon Police at 724-863-8800
