The Unique Boutique & Antiques Tour starts today! We will have fresh microgreens at the 1887 Farmstead tomorrow (Friday). Next week greens will be available Thursday-Saturday. Pea shoots, sunflower shoots and spicy salad mix will be available.

🥖🤩Oh, for the love of bread! I've been creating stuffed breads with a side salad the past two days and sharing with those stopping in. I appreciate the feedback and suggestions, helping me get a good idea of what the 'menu' will look like!

Continuing with TEST KITCHEN WEEK, today I'm making a London Broil Beef with Mushrooms and Swiss Cheese (available after 11am), and to go with coffee I've got a Spiced Oatmeal Cake. Stop by if you're in town :)

I'm using the fresh mushrooms and eggs from The Gothic Farmstead and microgreens from White Stag Farm, all restocked and available for purchase.
