When working on grooming behaviors… always ensure your dog is consenting to the procedure. You can do this by providing a way for them to opt out/opt in. Reinforce behaviors you like (such as your dog sitting or laying down calmly on their own) and know when to take breaks. After this video, I let Finn outside to play for a little bit and when he came back in, he sat by me on the floor near the grooming supplies ready for more practice.
