This little girl came in a week ago… and so grateful to Karen who reached out and asked us for help. Mia was rescued out of a bad situation where neglect was all she knew in her 4 years of life. She was miserable and shut down. Never vetted, only fed cat food, crawling with fleas. She is in rough shape but in just one week has shown HUGE improvement! Her hair is growing back, her whole demeanor has changed into a silly, playful pup! May have an interested home already, but she has some rehab ahead of her yet.
Before and only one week later pics:

We never want any of our adopters to feel stuck. Nor do we ever want to lose track of any of our adopted animals. Which is why our policy is no matter what the reason (financial, health, etc), Grace Farm animals always come back home if needed. None of our animals may be sold, gifted, traded, or given to another owner without our consent.
Our dear friend is dealing with health and mobility issues and knew it was time for these two to come back home. We applaud that decision and couldn’t be happier to have Moose and Sam back in our pastures! Unfortunately she spoiled them rotten so I’ve had to step up my game😜… WELCOME HOME TO THE SWEET OLD MAN SAM, and SILLIEST TBRED MOOSIE!!

Thank goodness!! Jail for anyone who does this!

Thanks to everyone who has reached out. We are still without power and about to get my generator going so we can at least have water. Was hoping to have it on by now, but then I saw a huge tree in the front pasture laying on our lines. Will not be touching that!
Hope all of you are safe and compared to what I’m seeing with all the damage in 3 states… we were saved by GRACE❤️🙏🏻

FINDING TALLY: We need your help bringing Tally back to safety and those who love her. She broke off the leash while on a walk with her adopter over two weeks ago and has been sighted many times from Berkeley Hall to Pinckney Colony. She appears to be spending most of her time by the daffodil farm (Calhoun Plantation Drive area). She is extremely shy, but NOT aggressive. She is unlikely to come to you, so if you see her the best-case scenario would be to contain her in a fenced area, garage, stable, outbuilding, etc. Please text 843-227-2691 if you see her as we are prepared to set up a humane trap. She has lots of places to bed down during the tropical storm, but we sure would like to bring her home as soon as possible.

Our Mission

Grace Farm Animal Rescue and Sanctuary, a 501c3 charitable organization, is committed to rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming, or providing sanctuary for, abandoned, abused, neglected or unwanted animals of all kinds. We also provide a place for children and adults to come and interact with and learn about these animals, while teaching them how to care for them and experiencing the joy and love these creatures give. We encourage and welcome people with special needs, youth groups, and our US Veterans to spend time experiencing the healing power of equine therapy, the joy of petting a pig belly, or just playing ball with the dogs.

Our mission is to rescue, assist, and educate.

We work with our surrounding underfunded county animal agencies as a resource as well, providing shelter and/ or assistance for animals in emergency situations.

Grace Farm is solely funded by public donations. All monies go directly to care of animals. There are no paid employees.
