Lopez Club Lambs

Lopez Club Lambs Est. 2002. Started with Andrea's 4-H breeding project and turned into what it is today. We now have begun raising hair sheep. Both White and Black headed Dorpers.

These breeds don't require shearing like the wool sheep. Several club lamb breeders are using the Dorpers as recipients for their embryo transfer program. They're great mothers and milk like a Holstein cow. We raise commercial as well as purebred White Dorpers. Call if you're interested in raising Dorpers.

Our Story

We raise club lambs that are shown all over the state. Our lambs start arriving in October through February. We have begun using artificial insemination breeding to some of the best rams in the business. Many of our ewes and rams were purchased from all over the the U.S. this year. Genetics include those from Ellerbroch, Burch Livestock, Hobbs Club Lambs, Mavencamp, Three Sisters to name a few. Our goal is to produce quality, competitive lambs at a resonable price.
