~Here is our sales policy. Please read before inquiring about a rabbit.~
Please understand that if you are thinking about adding a rabbit to your family, they require a good amount of love and affection. They can live 5 years plus and require a safe environment.
1.) All of our rabbits come with a pedigree, a small bag of food so your bunny can transition to your preference smoothly, and an ear tattoo.
2.) We do not sell any rabbits under 8 weeks of age!
3.) We have the right to refuse or cancel a sale at any point in time. ( This is the only time we offer refunds).
4.) A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold a rabbit. Once the buyer holds a rabbit, they have 7 days to pick it up (unless other arrangements have been made). If this is not met, the deposit will be lost and the rabbit is for sale again. All deposits can be made via PayPal or cash during pickup. Rabbits must be fully paid before leaving our rabbitry and into their new home.
5.) Prices for our rabbits vary by type as determined by the Standard of Perfection.
6.) Please understand that we can not guarantee that any rabbit will be show winning as baby rabbits continue to grow after the time of purchase. We cannot guarantee the offspring of the rabbit as well, along with the future temperament and weight.
7.) you may set up a time to meet the rabbits you are interested in and purchase a rabbit at that time. On that note, we do not meet at our rabbitry since we are a closed rabbitry. This meet up can be at a show we will be attending or a neutral location near us.
8.) We do not ship our rabbits.
9.) If you have decided to use a transporter, we are not responsible for the rabbit once it leaves our rabbitry. You will be responsible for the payment of the transporter and any other supplies and fees that go along with a transport. We have the right to refuse any transporter as if we don't feel our rabbits are in good hands.
10.) If the rabbit becomes ill or suddenly dies after leaving our rabbitry, we will not refund you since all of our rabbits are health checked (checking for broken bones, pigeon breast, ruptures, murmurs etc.) before they go into their new homes. However, please contact us so we are able to help you if you think your rabbit is sick.
11.) We are always available if you have any questions. Just give us an email.
12.) If you are no longer able to take care of your rabbit, please contact us and we will take the bunny back providing we have space.
13.) All of our proceeds from our sales go back to our rabbitry for supplies for our herd.
14.) we always want our rabbits to go to a loving home where they will be well taken care of (and maybe a tiny bit spoiled). On that note, we love knowing how our rabbits are doing, so feel free to send us updates and pictures.
