Hunting buddy memories!
Another 8 point harvested by my hunting buddy, this one in Ohio. Been a heck of a year for her. If you really want to enjoy life take a woman hunting.

Made a steady shot last night on a bruiser of a buck with the Slide Shot. If you get excited like me over big horns this shooting rest is a must. Check it out at slide-shot.com or call 9892890136. Please share, like and tell your friends!
Ground Mole
Last ground mole job of the year. Caught 5 in 3 days!
Caught this Skunk in the rain today! Managed to remove him without stinking up their home and yard.
Probably the last Skunk call of the year came in this week. I didn’t see him but boy I could smell him!

Gratiot County Big Buck Pole
A record 47 deer were brought in this year on opening day of firearm season at the Gratiot County Big Buck Pole. The event raised $4100 for the Hero’s Center of Gratiot County! The meat willl feed hundreds of people throughout the state. Thanks to the organizers and The Pins Bar and Grille for hosting the event.
Buck pole
One of the biggest events of the year hunters look forward to is a good buck pole. Over 100 people will celebrate their harvest and have a picture taking today of their success. Amazing how organized everyone is. Hats off to all the volunteers that make it happen!
Another scratching noise call inside a home today came in. Returned after 3 hours to relocate this Squirrel!

Nice 7 point this morning searching for a doe to breed.
Whitetail Buck
Tonight’s buck was a dark faced dandy 8 point! I hope I see him again.
Whitetail Buck
Todays pass is a nice 8 point. Most people would probably shoot. But when I looked at it I thought of my neighbor last year shooting that 10 point way outside its ears. Now that could be this buck next year only maybe even taller!
This buck walked right under my stand tonight!
Watched this spike horn tonight just tear it up!
Hunting buddy!
My hunting buddy arrowed 2 dandy 8 pointers last night on her first bow hunt of the year. One weighed 189 and the other 185! They fell within 5 yards of each other.
Skunks
Caught 3 Skunks on this farm today. The customer and her flock of Sheep were happy to see them go.
Caught the very elusive female Red Squirrel today going out of the home it was living in. So thankful for the patience and the excitement my customer has. We never did get a picture what it was but we could hear her in the walls.
Puppy
The last one nobody wanted is sold to a family the farthest away than the rest. She is going to live in West Virginia. I was thinking about keeping her but 10 days ago our 11 year old ran off after something and never came back. I thought I seen her this morning and I called her name again but it wasn’t our girl. Not ready to keep a puppy right now but sure am glad we have the memories!
Opossum catch!
Figured out by looking at several pictures that it was a dog after all on a leash at this job site yesterday. But this bore opossum took the bait last night!
Elk viewing!
Elk viewing in Gaylord is always on our stop list of things to do when we are in town!
Check us out today in Gaylord today at the Ellison Place.
German Shorthair puppies!
Now we only have 1 solid liver colored girl left. We run like this every night and get lots of play time before supper.
Todays catch!
Trapped 3 animals today at a new job site!
They say 3 times is a charm! It all came together tonight. It was just a matter of time when I knew I would catch him. Big thanks for my customers for being patient. We caught the smartest Ground Mole in town!!
Finish the job tonight by catching both a male and female red squirrel in the same trap. Customers are going to have peace back in their home again.
