My name is Martin Lister, I'm a husband of over 27 years, a father to three awesome adult children and a Beepa to our amazing grandson. I'm a Nurse by profession and a US Army Combat Veteran.

I am the owner and lead trainer at HOPE K9 ACADEMY. I began training dogs in 1992 while serving our country, when i was first stationed in Germany. Through the years I have had the privilege of interacting

with and training several dogs, from behavior modification and obedience to Therapy and Service Dogs.

HOPE K9 ACADEMY is a place where dogs can learn to overcome fears and limitations and receive high quality training. It is also a place where owners can learn valuable skills that will enhance their leadership relationship with their dog. I'm a firm believer that tone and body language is everything when communicating to your pet. Dogs are pack animals and need to know who is the Alpha. Just as the alpha dog uses different tones and body movements to communicate with his or her pack, I do the same. The training tools in which I use are not harmful to your pet in any way when they are used properly. My driving philosophy is that a properly trained dog is also a happy, well adjusted and motivated dog. I'm eager to meet you and your fur baby and to begin our very special journey in which your good dog will become your great dog and to begin working with you to show and teach you my tried and true positive training techniques which will build trust and respect between you and your dog! I am an avid believer that a well trained obedient dog brings balance to you and your family and everyone is happier because of it. Begin your journey of bringing balance back into your home!

HI EVERYONE, THIS IS OUR DOG THAT'S MISSING. JACKSON TN -
LANA / MIDTOWN AREA / LINDEN - LAMBUTH AVE

This little guy got out of our back yard last night... we drove around looking for him but didnt see him, it was pretty late. If anyone see's him PLEASE get in touch with us. His name is Eli (Elijah), he is about 10 years old and is very people and dog friendly, but he will chase cats. He is Black and brown with white on his chest and whitish grey around his mouth. He belongs to our son who is in the Army... THANK YOU!
